How we handle your data

In this privacy policy, we will explain what happens to your data, who has access to it, why and when we may collect it. The extent of processing varies depending on how you use our services, so we have broken the information down clearly so that you can easily find your way around, whether you are just browsing our site, signing up to our newsletter or becoming a client.
The processing of personal data is governed by the European Data Protection Regulation (yes, it's GDPR).

We always do our best to protect your personal data as best we can. You have the following rights under the GDPR:

Please note in advance that in some specific cases we may not be able to fully satisfy you. The supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection, located at Pplk. Sochor 27, 170 00 Prague 7.

1. Cookies and web browsing
To make our website work, we use cookies, which are small files that our website places on your device using your browser. Cookies can be divided into essential, preference, statistical and marketing cookies.

We are usually only allowed to process cookies with your consent. Consent is not required for essential cookies. These are needed for our website to function at all and for you to contact us. We do not need your consent to use these cookies and you cannot refuse them.

3. Personal data when communicating with us
Which personal data we process:

  •     Name, surname or company name

  •     e-mail address

  •     telephone number

  •     message text


Why we process personal data and on what basis we may:
Communication is our legitimate interest, we need the data to answer your questions and we also need the data from your suggestions to improve our services. Without processing this data we will not be able to respond to you.

How long we will process the data:
We will only process your data for as long as necessary, up to a maximum of 3 months after our last communication.
